The service
Speed2Leads (a product of DarkArc Technologies LLC) provides websites, SEO and AI-search optimization, AI office systems, and related growth services. This site describes those services and lets you purchase a website audit.
The $75 audit
When you purchase an audit, we deliver a complete report in minutes. Because the audit is delivered digital work product, all sales are final and the fee is non-refundable. We stand behind our work: every finding is evidence-backed, and if we make a factual error we will correct it and re-deliver at no additional charge. No guaranteed outcomes
We sell rigorous work and honest recommendations. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volume — those depend on many factors outside any single site’s or audit’s control.
Compliance work
A2P/SMS registration and consent-flow setup is an implementation service, not legal advice. You should have your own counsel review any compliance-related deliverable and consent language before relying on it.
SMS Program Terms
This section covers Speed2Leads SMS Updates, our own text-messaging program.
Who sends and why. Speed2Leads (a product of DarkArc Technologies LLC) sends text messages only to people who contact us through our website and opt in via a consent checkbox. Messages are follow-up about your inquiry, demo results, and appointment reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Msg & data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or probe our systems. We may suspend access for abuse.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site are ours or our licensors’. Deliverables you pay for are governed by the agreement covering that work — for the audit, the report is yours to keep and use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from this site or the $75 audit is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We provide the site and audit “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated here and on the guarantee page.
Bespoke projects
Larger engagements (website builds, retainers, AI office) are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which control over these terms for that work.
