Who we are

Speed2Leads is a product of DarkArc Technologies LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers this website and the services you request through it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, business details, and the website you ask us to audit — plus basic analytics about how you use this site (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device and browser type).

What our systems log

We build AI phone, chat, and lead systems — and we run them on our own site — so it’s important you know what they record:

  • AI-widget conversations. If you interact with an AI chat or voice concierge on this site, the conversation is logged (the messages, timestamps, and metadata) so we can respond, improve the assistant, and keep a record of what was discussed.
  • Call transcripts. Calls to our phone and demo lines may be recorded and transcribed; we announce this at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless needed for an active client relationship or legal obligation, then deleted.
  • Lead metadata. When you submit a form or become a lead, we log technical metadata alongside your submission — your IP address, user-agent (browser/device string), the page URL you submitted from, and a server-side timestamp. For SMS opt-ins this record is the evidence of consent.

How we use it

To respond to you, deliver services you request (like an audit), maintain records (including consent records), send updates you’ve opted in to, secure our site against abuse, and improve what we build. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number only to text you about your inquiry. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Terms, and reply STOP to opt out anytime.

Payments

Payments (like the $75 audit) are processed by our third-party payment provider. We don’t store your full card details — the provider handles that under its own security standards.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to run our business — hosting, analytics, AI/telephony providers, email, and payments. They process data on our behalf under agreements that limit them to that purpose.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and record-keeping obligations (consent records in particular), and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information we’re not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; we honor applicable requests.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the following rights, which you can exercise through the contact form or by emailing hello@speed2leads.com:

  • Right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you and how we’ve used it.
  • Right to delete personal information we’ve collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing of your personal information — though as stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, including mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data, for marketing purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
